We Want to Help
SVdP Sacred Heart Conference has been in Prescott since 1992. We want to help our neighbors in need. We can provide assistance with Food, Clothing, Laundry, Shelter, Rent, Utilities, Transportation and Healing. We can meet with you and make referrals to our local Dental Clinic. We have a Thrift Store where you can shop and make donations; the proceeds help us provide financial support for the needs of our Neighbors.
Select "Request Visit" from menu to request a visit to discuss assistance. The visit is typically 15-30 minutes so we can better understand how to help you. We also accept walk-ins, but you might wait to be seen.

DECEMBER SUMMARY
December was a very busy month for the SVdP Sacred Heart Conference. In partnership with United Way of Yavapai County, we provided our neighbors in need with warm jackets and blankets. We also provided 517 food boxes (including our Christmas Food Boxes), 467 toys, and $8,000 in monetary aid, $4,000 in Thrift Store vouchers, and $3,300 in food gift cards to our neighbors in Prescott. The Vincentians provided over 800 hours of volunteer time. Our grateful thanks to our parishioners, community agencies, and businesses for helping us make the Holidays better for so many in our town.

Our Conference Office, at 120 N Summit, has a new roof! In July 2025, we received a generous grant from the Burton Family Foundation (through the AZ Community Foundation). Before starting, we were required to get a structural engineering report to make sure our roof framing could support a 30 pounds per square inch snow load. It does! The City of Prescott provided the permits to begin work. Then, in December, the team from Granite Basin Roofing Inc. did an excellent job installing the new roof and cleaning up afterwards.
